What does pasture raised mean? 

Our cattle are raised and rotated on 150 acres on our farm and never confined to a pen 

Are your animals given antibiotics or hormones?

We never add any hormones to our cattle.

The meat you receive is free of any antibiotics

We believe in humane practices and will administer antibiotics to our cattle if they are in need, but those animals will be removed from our meat program

Is your meat dry aged?

Yes, Our meat is dry aged for 14 days

How will my meat be shipped? 

Our meat is packaged in vacuumed seal wrapping, then frozen. We then place your ordered frozen meats in our eco friendly box along with some dry ice to keep frozen, then shipped to your door.  

Is your meat USDA inspected? 

Yes, our processor is USDA inspected facility 

Where do you ship?

We ship within the contiguous U.S  (sorry Alaska and Hawaii we are working on it!) 

What if my meat is not totally frozen upon delivery?

That’s ok, it is still good! Contact us to resolve any issues and we are happy to assist
